Our Sweepstakes Judge

Our Sweeps Judge is Ms. Julie W. Parker (PA)

Thank you to the FCRSC for the invitation to judge the Sweepstakes classes at the 2017 National Specialty. I consider this an honour.

I have exhibited Flat-coats for over 17 years both as a handler and as an owner. I have shown top ranked Flat-coats for various breeders over the years and I currently own one Flat-coat. I have also bred a number of litters as a co-breeder.

My original breed since 1991 was the Portuguese Water Dog and I also breed Black Russian Terriers. At present I am retired as a professional handler and am an AKC Delegate for the Erie Kennel Club. I will be applying for an AKC judge’s licence in the near future.
