FCRSC all breed WC/WCI/WCX test

The FCRSC will be holding an all breed WC test on Monday, May 22, 2017
Being held at:

Directions to Test
From 401, take exit Regional Rd 33, Townline Rd toward Cambridge. Turn
right onto Townline Rd. At Roundabout take 2nd exit onto Townline Rd/
Waterloo 33. Turn left onto Concession 1. Go 8.3 km Turn left onto
Sideroad 20 S. destination on right.
Note: You must have your WC before competing in WCI and have your WCI before competing in WCX.
Move-ups will be accepted the day of the trial. ie: if you pass your WC you may pay for and enter WCI. If you pass your WCI you may pay for and enter WCX, allowing you the opportunity to achieve all 3 levels in one day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment must be received before the closing date of May 19th. otherwise your entry will not be accepted.
To mail in your entry
You can either just print off the premium entry form and complete by hand or you can complete the on-line form, Once completed, click submit and a copy will be emailed to both you and the field committee. Print your copy and mail along with your cheque payable to FCRSC. Each dog will require a separate entry form.

b) Interac E-Transfer - Tally up your amounts and do a secure electronic transfer through your bank. Send your funds to dowerky@gmail.com
DON'T FORGET TO SEND A SEPARATE E-MAIL giving us your security word so we can access the transfer.
To Pay On-line using Paypal or E-transfer
The on-line process is in two stages.
Step 1 - Complete the on-line Form.
Your typed name on the form will be accepted as your signature. Once completed, click Submit and a copy will be emailed to both you and the field committee. Each dog will require a separate entry form.
Step 2 - Pay the Entry Fee.
a) Paypal - Come back to this page and add your event to the shopping cart and then checkout with peace of mind through Paypal where you can pay using your Paypal account or credit card. 4.0% will be added to cover paypal fees. This charge will show up as shipping and handling.
